Terms and Conditions
These terms & conditions are between us, our/we "Physical & Nutrition Ltd" company number 14207771, whose registered address is Old Hall Street, Middleton, Manchester, England, M24 1AG and you "the P&N Gym Member". We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior written notice to you. We will use reasonable endeavours to inform you of any updates.
If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not under any circumstances enter the above premises to train and/or use our services.
Personal Training
We offer personal 1-1 training sessions to suit your individual needs and help you achieve your goals. Unless you are training with a friend, the gym will be exclusive to you during your session. All personal training sessions are for 30-minute slots unless communicated otherwise by us.
You must arrive on time for your session. Should you arrive late to your session by more than 10 minutes, your session will be cancelled and the appropriate cancellation charges shall apply.
In order to secure your personal training session, you must secure your booking with a minimum 10% deposit. Any remaining fees must be paid in advance of your session. Should you fail to pay your fees on time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking until such fees have been paid. Any cancellations shall be subject to the cancellation terms stated below.
Any personal training sessions for individuals who are 16 or under must be supervised by an appropriate and authorised adult.
Rolling Contract (Monthly)
No contract, no commitment. To cancel your rolling contract, you must provide us with at least 14days' notice prior to your next payment. We will confirm to you what date your gym access ends.
Yearly Membership (Personal Training)
Save yourself some money and invest in yourself for the year by purchasing a yearly membership! You can enjoy an unlimited number of PT sessions (subject to one session per day).
There are two ways you can purchase a yearly membership, in full or in 12-month instalments via direct debit. If you select direct debit, you are still committed to the full 12-month period. Direct debit payments must be made in advance of the next calendar month (i.e. payment on the 30th March for April).
Any cancelled sessions by you will be subject to the Cancellation Fees detailed in these terms. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will lose that personal training session.
Online Coaching
You only get out of this what you put in! One of our personal coaches can help you achieve your goals with tailored online workouts and plans.
Our online coaching plans are for a minimum of 16 weeks, up to a maximum of 52 weeks. Payment must be made in full for your first 4 weeks before your training program commences.
It is recommended that you have at least 2 sessions per week with your trainer, and you must attend at least 2 check-in calls per month with your trainer.
Classes
We offer classes to empower you, your friends and our gym community to come together and achieve those goals. The prices and frequency of classes will vary. Please join the community WhatsApp group for daily updates.
You can pay per class or blocks of classes. Payment must be made in advance of any class.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to the class to allow enough time for the class to start on time. Respect your community and don't turn up late. You may be refused entry once the class has started.
Fees
We reserve the right to amend fees at any time except for any yearly memberships or promotional packages. Promotional packages may vary in cost during the year. For the avoidance of doubt, we are not obliged to offer any promotional packages to you.
Any yearly memberships, promotional packages or 6-month personal training sessions shall be fixed for the specified period. We may increase the price once the fixed period has ended.
You must pay any fees in advance of the calendar month and/or your individual session. All fees paid are non-refundable (except for Yearly Memberships) but other resolutions may be offered at our total discretion.
Cancellation Fees
We understand that you may need to re-arrange your session. We are happy to reschedule sessions but we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel, unless you have a genuine emergency. you will be subject to a £5 cancellation fee. If you cancel on the day of your session, you will be subject to a £10 cancellation fee.
All cancellation fees must be paid before your next session. You will not be able to book your next session if the cancellation fee has not been paid.
If for any reason we need to cancel a session, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will not lose that booking and you will be able to re-book free of charge.
Health & Safety
We will take all reasonable steps to ensure your safety during any sessions where you have paid for our services. Should you have any health issues, concerns or conditions which may impact your ability to perform the services.
If you are training alone, you are responsible for your own health and safety whilst using the equipment. Should you require any assistance, please contact a member of staff.
Home Visits
We also offer sessions directly to your door within a 10-mile radius of our gym. We will bring all the equipment necessary for your session and provide you with details of what each session will entail.
This service is for a minimum of 8 weeks, with a recommended one session per week. If you wish to purchase this service, please note that we do require one other person to be in attendance for any Home Visit for safeguarding reasons.
On arrival, we may require you to sign one of our consent forms.
Taster Sessions
We may offer a free session to you for you to experience a taste of the services we can offer. You will only be offered 1 free 30-minute session.
Agreement
By entering our premises and/or by paying the fees to receive our services, you consent to these terms and conditions by such conduct. Thank you for choosing us, and let’s achieve those goals!
